The present General Conditions presented below are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which Biju0nline will be governed.
Exchanges and Returns
For hygiene reasons, Biju0nline does not offer exchanges or returns . However, in the case of damaged items, or items that do not correspond to what was ordered through our online store, after analyzing the status of your order and the return of the damaged item by the customer (the return costs are borne by Biju0nline), we may send a new item or a credit note with the value of your order to be used in store .
The customer has 14 calendar days from the date she received the purchase to send her complaint request ( art. 10 of DL no. 24/2014).
Once approved the Complaint you will receive a credit note with the value of your purchase to be used in store. We do not refund money.
Bijuonline does not refund money for personalized pieces already produced and sent to the customer's address.
Our parts have a 30 calendar day guarantee from the day you received the purchase, only in the case of broken parts, during this period the customer can exchange the damaged item for a new one. Demonstrating with evidence (photographs) that the broken part was already defective. During this period no returns are accepted. The warranty does not apply to parts broken due to misuse by the customer.
Packaging and Order Text
Our orders are scented, with tissue paper and packed in a sealed cardboard box to guarantee the safety of delivery of your piece, where each order comes with one sachet per customer to protect your pieces, if you want an extra sachet leave it in the order notes.
If you want an extra cardboard box, you must specify this in your order notes.
The wrapping corresponds to a bow along with its box, which must be paid separately and costs .
Texts in English must also be left in the notes, as the site translates automatically, so we can ensure that your English text is correct and leave them in the notes of your order.
The text of your order must be accurate and concise in order to respect the number of characters allowed for personalization.

Purchase cancellation
If payment is not made 1 hour after the purchase intention, the order is automatically canceled by Biju0nline.
The customer may cancel an order while it is being processed only for non-personalized pieces. You are requested to inform Biju0nline via the following email: If the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, the customer will have to return it, in the original shipping packaging, without having opened it. The costs arising from the return are borne by the customer and the refund is pending until Biju0nline receives the order.
Orders placed for Angola are automatically canceled if placed via the website, as they must be placed via our Whatsaap +244 952 506 890
Angola: 24 hours to send proof of payment - otherwise the order will be canceled and a second validation will be mandatory to ensure that the part remains available in stock
Prices applied

Biju0nline presents the price of each product without VAT fees (for exemption reasons). Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items, and have a fixed value of €5.50 for mainland Portugal/Islands and €8.50 € for Abroad.

Pieces purchased at Biju0nline must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Discount codes
All discount codes created in an online store are valid for 6 months.

Payment methods

For payment purposes, Biju0nline offers the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, MBWAY and Multibanco References.
Estimated shipping time
Our orders are sent via courier. Below is the estimated delivery time.
Portugal: 3-7 business days
Rest of Europe: 7-20 business days
USA and Australia: 10-25 business days
Angola: Up to 3 weeks
Rest of the world: 10-30 business days.
The deadlines mentioned are just an estimate and do not include weekends and holidays.
Due to Covid 19, deadlines may be longer, we ask for your understanding.
If the order is returned for a reason attributed to the customer (example: failure to collect the order at the post office within the estimated time frame or incorrect address) the cost of the new shipment will be borne by the customer.
All our shipments are made by carrier, by accepting to purchase with Biju0nline you accept the shipping terms and conditions provided by the carrier NACEX or CTT. If there is any failure in delivery, the response time is 10 working days for resolution - you can check at www. or - After shipping, the customer must follow the tracking with the carriers indicated above. You are deliberately accepting the rules (payment of fees; delivery times - regarding purchases made abroad in Portugal), terms and conditions of each carrier (Nacex and CTT) by agreeing to purchase with Biju0nline.

By using the Biju0nline website, the customer accepts and agrees to the Terms and Conditions described, as well as the Privacy Policy in force. If you do not accept, partially or fully, any of the conditions stipulated, you should not make purchases on the Biju0nline website.

Biju0nline reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice, so you are advised to read them periodically.
